Our monthly meetings are currently held In-person at the West Vancouver Yacht Club, 5854 Marine Drive.

The Club meets monthly year round typically on the second Monday of each month, except in December. Also, depending on the timing of the Easter and Thanksgiving holidays, the meeting may be moved to the first or third Monday in that month. The meeting location can vary so please read the current newsletter for this information. Members may bring a guest to a meeting. The format of Club in-person meetings consists of:
- 08:30 – 9:20 – Club open for member fellowship, with morning coffee/tea and baked goods provided.
- 09:30 – Formal meeting will begin, which includes general club business, recognition of guests, and introduction of new members. The guest speaker with then be introduced to the members. Questions from the members will follow the speaker’s presentation ,
- 11:15 – Meeting expected to end.
In place of a formal Club meeting in December, members and their guests gather in mid-December to enjoy fellowship at our annual Christmas Luncheon.
